Micromax 3G USB modem not working in windows8 ~now FIXED

Some days ago,My friend was installing windows 8 on his laptop and it installed well.but when micromax USB modem was installed and opened it was not working,it shows no device. After trying many re installation steps it was still not working.Than my friend handled that laptop to me to resolve this problem.After many attempt,i successfully configured micromax usb modem.
Now let me show you,what steps i have taken to solve this problem.

Follow Steps

Step 1
if already have micromax installed than uninstall it.

Step 2
Now install micromax again.

Step 3
Go to   " Local Disk(C) >> Program Files >> MMX 3G USB Manager >> USB Modem "

Step 4
Go to " USB Modem >> Right click >> Properties >> Compatibility"

Step 5
In compatibility change " Compatibility Mode " to Windows 7.

Step 6
Now Apply & save.

Step 7
Go to " Device Manager "

Step 8
Go to " Other devices " in device manager.

Step 9
In other devices, uninstall all drivers related to modem ( like : ' ? modem configuration') which have yellow color question mark before them.

Step 10
After successfully uninstall , Go to " Action " tab at top of device manager window ,
under action tab click on " Scan for hardware changes ".

Step 11
Now restart windows 8 & open micromax usb modem.

Step 12
Well done,Now it's working
